As a CPLC and NASM certified nutrition coach, I am dedicated to supporting the growth of my clients. I understand the importance of considering mental and physical diagnoses before starting the coaching process. It is crucial for me to stay within my scope of practice as a Certified Life Coach and Nutrition Coach, both in individual and group coaching sessions. If necessary, I will guide my clients to seek the assistance of therapist or doctors during the coaching process.
