Nonprofits, Ministry Teams and Marriages

I am passionate about empowering nonprofits, ministry teams, and marriages through group coaching, teaching, and speaking. My goal is to help clients move away from crazy cycles of blame, helplessness, and overwhelm and instead foster teamwork that is fueled by collaboration, vision, and responsibility. I draw from from my personal experience of running a ministry, being married, and parenting to provide a unique perspective.

By combining teaching and coaching, I aim to help clients gain a deeper understanding of the roles in the drama and empowerment triangles from a biblical perspective. As a follower of Christ, I believe there is a better and healthier way to navigate conflict within marriages, leadership teams, and ministries by addressing these challenges before they escalate.

Group coaching offers the following benefits:

- A process specifically designed to address the unique dynamics and challenges faced by you team/marriage.

- A balanced approach of teaching and coaching that provides valuable insights, personal testimony, practical tools, and exercises.

- A focus on navigating the drama and empowerment triangles and how they are playing out within your team/marriage.

- A safe and supportive environment where participants can freely express themselves, share struggles, receive encouragement and be a part of change.

If you believe your ministry, organization, or marriage is ready to grow and experience break through, I invite you to take the first step by calling or submitting an inquiry today.

I provide group coaching sessions through Zoom and site specific locations.

The average group coaching cost per hour ranges between $80 and $145. I offer non profit and financial assistance when applicable.

As a CPLC and NASM certified nutrition coach, I am dedicated to supporting the growth of my clients. I understand the importance of considering mental and physical diagnoses before starting the coaching process. It is crucial for me to stay within my scope of practice as a Certified Life Coach and Nutrition Coach, both in individual and group coaching sessions. If necessary, I will guide my clients to seek the assistance of therapist or doctors during the coaching process. My priority is to ensure that my clients receive the appropriate support and care they need for their overall well-being.

*I acknowledge that there are interpersonal wounds and conflicts in which one or more persons may choose not to participate or take responsibility for growth which can perpetuate a dysfunctional pattern and cycle. In situations of verbal, physical, emotional, sexual abuse coaching is not beneficial because breaking free from the cycle of drama requires honest self reflections and growth from all parties involved.
