I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best service possible to all my clients as follows:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice to allow the opportunity to offer and appointment to another client who may be waiting.
- If you can your appointment without 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of half the service fee will be charged. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot that could have been allocated to another client.
- I understand that emergencies occur and will take these into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
- In the even that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will provide you with as much notice as possible, and no cancellation fee or charge will be applied.
